01 Who qualifies as a verified publisher?

Practicing lawyers, compliance officers, and credentialed regulatory experts in good standing. We verify your bar admission, regulatory body membership, or equivalent credential before activating the badge.

02 How do publisher earnings work?

Verified publishers may set an optional USD fee on a public schema. For an eligible completion by another business, the publisher receives 70% of that fee and ProseID retains 30%. Self-use by your own organisation and promotional balance do not generate earnings.

03 When can I withdraw earnings?

Eligible earnings are held for 30 days, then become available in the publisher earnings workspace. Once at least US$10 is available, your country is supported, and your Stripe payout account is ready, you request the payout yourself. Publishers outside current payout coverage may still be verified, publish paid schemas, and accrue a recorded balance.

04 Can I change a publisher fee later?

The fee is visible before a business creates a Flow and is frozen into that Flow. Once a non-zero fee is established for a schema family, the advertised fee for new Flows can stay the same or decrease, but cannot later increase.

05 Do I keep ownership of my schemas?

Yes. You retain authorship and the right to update versions. ProseID hosts and distributes; you decide when and how to revise. You can deprecate a schema at any time — existing records remain anchored to the version they used.

06 What happens when the law changes?

You publish a new version. New Flows pick up the new schema; work in progress completes against the version it started on. Past records remain anchored to the exact version they used. Current proof-v2 records can be checked independently with ProseID’s published public keys.

07 Is there an exclusivity requirement?

No. You can author schemas for ProseID and continue to advise clients, publish elsewhere, and run your practice as you do today. The registry is additive.

08 How long does verification take?

We review credentialed applications within five business days. Once approved, you can publish your first schema the same day using our visual builder.
